If the frame is super dark it will really help! Now depending on the type of frame you have, you might want to do a primer coat first. Once the glue is completely dry, it’s time to paint! Make sure you have a blanket or tarp beneath the mirror before you paint. It feels like they are never going to dry…then boom! Its solid. Once the accents are on you are going to need to wait for these to dry.
